For todays cardiologists traveling in time machine may be made as an essential assignment . It seems there is more to learn from history than the core medical science.
How the knowledge evolved ? . How our ancestors toiled ? Where are the good old medical inspirations ?
How can we enjoy the fruits of success without knowing the tree of it’s origin ?
What you are going to leave for the future man kind ?

Hello Sir
I request you to visit my blog on pediatric cardiology
http://narayanapediatriccardiology.blogspot.com/
Please comment on the effort and possible ways to improve
Thank you
Kiran
Hi Dr Kiran
Nice to know about your Blog .
Surprise , how I missed it all these days .
My first opinion is it is a rare effort to highlight the delicate issues
in pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery.
The greatness of open access Internet based education is that it confers complete freedom
over the content and our thoughts.
In the name of peer review i have experienced , vital facts have been cut off thus preventing true scientific contributions .
I always wonder , while published experience is called evidence , unpublished experience( like many of us have ) is called junk .How fare it is ?
So , in this world of science , it is the the act of publication , that is considered sacred .(Not the contents/ facts which are often hidden )
Your blog will definitely be useful for all those who believe in democracy of science . In a true democracy , with a genuine effort your expressions is going to alter the way we learn pediatric cardiology.
Cheers .Keep the good work .With your permission may i link your website in my blog. it will be immensely useful for every one.
