Traditionally RVMI is suspected only with infero -posterio MI .
Can RVMI occur with LAD disease ?
Yes , it is reported up to 13 % of Anterior MI (Cabin AHJ 1987) . Right ventricle has an anterior wall and blood supply to this area is from LAD .
